Shipping policy

Order processing

Shipping orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time, so this is not a promise of delivery within 2 days. Express shipping also follows this processing schedule.

Shipping options

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is $15. Available shipping options and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Buy 3 products, get free standard shipping

Order 3 or more items to receive free standard US shipping automatically at checkout. No code is required. The offer applies to the total quantity of items in your cart, including multiple quantities of the same product. Express shipping is not included and remains $15.

Free salon pickup

Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order for free at 225 Alamo Plaza, Suite A, Alamo, CA 94507. Pickup orders are ready within 1 hour during salon business hours. Please wait for your ready for pickup notification before visiting and bring your order confirmation.
